螺旋輸送機是在糧食、沙石、瀝青混合料等顆粒狀固體物質輸送種常用的一種輸送機構,現有螺旋輸送機料槽均由輸送螺旋和固定料槽組成,通過轉動輸送螺旋來推動料槽中的物質從而達到輸送物質的目的。當輸送的物質硬度較高時,固定料槽很快會被磨壞,此時義須更換或修補損壞的固定料槽,為了提高固定料槽的使用壽命,現有技術是在固定料槽內用焊接的方法添加耐磨社層,一旦耐磨層磨穿了依然要更換或修補固定料槽,然而往往由于設備結構或安裝空問的原因,固定料槽的修補或更換費時費工,不僅成本高,對施工、生產的效率有較大的影響。我們生產的超高分子量聚乙烯耐磨襯板則解決了這一問題,超分子量聚乙烯螺旋輸送機襯板具有良好的耐磨性,高強度、高韌性。高性價比、適應性能強還具有不粘性 UHMWPE 表面吸咐力非常微弱,其抗粘附能力僅次于塑料中不粘性好的 PTEE,因而制品表面與其它材料不易粘附。這樣大大解決了螺旋輸送機在糧食、沙石、瀝青混合料等顆粒狀固體物質輸送時會黏連的問題。

Our ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene wear-resistant liner solves this problem. The ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene screw conveyor liner has good wear resistance, high strength and high toughness. High cost performance, strong adaptability and non-tackiness. UHMWPE's surface adsorption force is very weak, and its anti-sticking ability is second only to PTEE, the best non-tackiness plastic, so the product surface is not easy to adhere to other materials.
